As a Watersports Hero, you will be responsible for providing thrilling and safe water-based adventures to individuals seeking unforgettable experiences. This multifaceted role encompasses guiding snorkeling excursions, being able to provide basic safety to freedivers, and leading kayak and stand-up paddleboard (SUP) expeditions. Your primary goal is to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and satisfaction of guests while showcasing your passion for water activities.
This role also involve working in various weather conditions and environments, including coastal areas, rivers, and open water. It may be six days a week of work that includes weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons.
Snorkeling and Freediving Guide:
- Conduct snorkeling and freediving excursions for individuals or groups, emphasizing safety protocols and proper use of equipment.
- Educate guests on marine life, coral reefs, and underwater ecosystems.
- Ensure a memorable and educational experience by sharing insights into the underwater world.
Kayak, Glass Bottom Boat, and Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP) Guide:
- Lead kayak, glass bottom boat, and SUP tours, exploring scenic coastal areas, rivers, or other water bodies.
- Instruct guests on basic paddling techniques, balance, safety guidelines, and navigation skills.
- Ensure the maintenance and proper usage of kayaking, glass-bottom boat, and SUP equipment.
- Monitor weather conditions and water currents to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Plus, but not required (training can be provided):
- Expertise in snorkeling, freediving, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.

- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety protocols.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- From Panglao, living in or close to Tangnan
- Passion for environmental conservation and marine life.
- Knowledge of local ecosystems, marine biology, and geography.
- Photography or videography skills to capture memorable moments for guests.
